A current Ph.D. student @ USC's Vision & Graphics Lab (VGL) working with Prof. Yajie Zhao, Prof. Hao Li, and Prof. Randal Hill. Drawing inspiration from the pioneering Paul Debevec, our research adjunct professor, I'm delving into Light Stage related research projects and problems.
My research interests are centered on tackling challenges in light transport through the use of Light Stage and machine learning. I am particularly passionate about acquiring real-world material properties and applying them to relighting, physically accurate material generation via generative AI, and physically-based neural rendering. My goal is to improve the accuracy and realism of material representation and light interaction in digital environments.
